Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please note that customized Wall Sticker and Wall Art designs are non-returnable as they are made specifically to customer requirements and cannot be resold.

Eligible Reasons for Returns and Refunds

Manufacturer Defect: If your product has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return or refund.
Product Damages During Delivery: Customers must inspect products upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the product or packaging, do not accept the parcel and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, take photos or videos of the damage and send them to us within the 14-day period. We cannot consider returns or refunds if the package is accepted and no damage is reported within the return period.
Incorrect Item Received: If the product you received differs from your order, you can request a return or refund.

Non-Eligible Reasons for Returns and Refunds

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind after the item has been delivered. If the product has not yet been dispatched, we may consider your request.
Dissatisfaction with Product Features: All product details, including size, material, and colors, are provided on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before purchasing. Returns or refunds for dissatisfaction with product features are not accepted.
Issues with Sticker Adhesion: The stickiness of our wall stickers can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as wall paint type, heat, moisture, and wall surface type. Customers should refer to our user guide instructions on our website before purchasing. Returns or refunds for adhesion issues are not accepted.

To process a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us via WhatsApp at 0776135583 to initiate the return process. If eligible, we will arrange for the shipping service to collect the package from you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please recheck your bank account or contact your bank, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email at [email protected].

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
